New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

CEO was good but nowadays he started taking openion from other's and he will stick with that, they hired some five to six relatives of their own family he feel the company is safe and they will not care for other's and coming to manger there's is only one manger for entire company and he will interfere in all the teams and what ever the decision he will take that is the final, how much senior you are they will not consider your suggestion they will just ignore. For CEO the employees who work in development team they are God , Baaki Sab Bakwas lagtha hai usko and this is not a good culture.

Business Analyst team lead his name is Pratim, he is lascivious, even if you work hard he will not share good feedback to CEO, And he is concentrating only on girls, he take the what's app number and will start personal chat with them, and this is open secret, even management is aware of this however they not taking any actions instead they will say don't poke your nose to other's job come and do only your work. even the hr is helpless, If someone raise a complaint he will start targeting that person.
