Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I think I like nothing in vtc tradewings pvt.

Dislikes

I am very happy when I join vtc but in one or two months I feel staff and senior is not good. In two months they have give me 7 transferred in every branch staff divide in group.
