There is a lot of politics and tha mangement doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...nagement also is like friendly.there is a huge area and ginger arcade and chill. Company policy are good, and they give good salary and bonus every year. Totally good .

you can learn the whole work and develop your skills by your own by interacting with the workers who have experience in work but who are not educated. Really, i am glad to have such teachers like them. No need to afraid of your reputation, if you want to learn values and work at work floor, you have to down yourself to the grade who have been working under you. i have learnt where to apply the knowledge which i had studied in books and the most important thing was that i have learnt the local language with the help of supervisor.

Dislikes

Politics, it's the most irritating word to hear. Mostly the people with political and spying nature can survive in the company than the workaholics and aspirants, without any useful works.

The company is open to innovation and ready to adopts latest technology , i love the fact that i am a part of the team , that very best company in the coal mine sector . working with this company is increase my confident level and other multi cultural skills as my colleagues were belongs to different part of the country,

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but the growth is slow , the work pressure is high some times , work -life balancing is really tough that we use to do the work in remote areas, the organisation structure is well but not implemented , rest of things is well and comfortable .
