Since 1 year i'm working with vplak and I feel this is a very good company if you actually want to learn how to run an e-commerce business and what difficulty you have to face The work life is very good and nobody is pressurized to attain the target they always respect their employees and you don't have to work on weekends or after the office timings

Since 1 year i'm working in vplak and till today i never asked to work after the office timings and never asked to do overtime and salary is always on time which is 7th of every month and never got pressurized for the work which is not related to my field and the office culture is very good and everyone is helping here you are free from any kind of politics

Dislikes

All the amenities they say that they are going to provide will not be provided. Tom and conditions for the sales person could be flipped anytime they want. Making fool is the basic part of the company from customers to their employee. If you are ethical person and no how to make ethical sale then take my words you will not join or stay there for a single week.

Vplak is a wonderful place to work, and I am grateful to be a part of such an incredible team. The management at Vplak is excellent and they are very supportive of their employees. We are provided with all the necessary tools and resources required to perform our job to the best of our ability. They encourage us to grow and develop our skills.

The only thing which needs a little bit of improvement is communication between different departments.

Vplak is very supportive and helpful to their employees, I am learning new things day by day which will help in the future, and the staff of the company is very motivated and responsible for their duties. It gives me growth opportunity.
