Nothing to say, worst company don't join. Bokulu company, worst rules according to stution they create rules.

There is a lack of respect for engineers within this company. It's heavily influenced by HR politics, with no significant salary hikes and little value placed on our work. This is primarily due to the actions of Ramya, Kalyani, and sanjay CEO. The CEO, despite claiming expertise in embedded systems, doesn't understand fundamental concepts like the difference between mutexes and semaphores. This company is not a suitable place for engineers to work. It's essentially a "borthalu house" (assuming this refers to a dysfunctional or exploitative environment) where they sell you to clients.

They will take freshers although the ctc is low you need bargaining to get good salary.

Clent based company so you will have to move around. Management is not good. Feels like going to school . The best thing would be to onboard a client.

.... Even if you see no career growth and all you will not be allowed to walk away. And timely credit of salary in your bank accounts.

No work life balance. After the whole day if hard work when you sit and analyze what you had done through out the day you would have no answer. No satisfaction in the work. No career progression you will be doing the same kind of work for 5-7 years. A complete micro management company. The top management is more interested in how the employee is spending his/her in coffee breaks and weekends rather than thinking about the growth of the company. No proper HR Policies. The management doesn't address the issues. No perks, no benefits, no recognition, but the employee should give his/her 24/7 service to the company. Companies grow when they treat their employees as co-workers but here they think employees as salves. No proper training it's all self taught. They won't like getting called as consultancies but let me tell you consultancy firms are far better than them. Reading the review you may think that I had a bad experience with the company, no I had the best but I would not want others to suffer like I did. No top management stays for longer time period in Votary. Summary: worst company where I had a worst experience

Bad Company they will ask employee to work till there work completely but they will not give the salary at the time will say some reasons . i recommend not join these company as a freelancer

Firstly, timely salary payment. Secondly, it is a engineering company with top-edge technologies in the segment of Embedded Systems & wireless communications which itself is a advantage. Best client base, opportunity to work at client premises, they trust us fully and allow us to work directly with client manager which is more of kind of onsite for us. The improvment in responding to engineers and the turn around time over the lot in past few months. The project assigned to me and my colleagues who joined along with me

Dislikes

Annual salary appraisals are done mostly late by a month or two(but the good part is they pay along with arrears), Infrastructure is not so great, Less team outings & recreation, no monetary perks/recognitions, less connect with engineers at client location. Support teams need to speed up their response to queries.
