The company operates in a unique and challenging space, which can help you learn but only if you are self-driven and placed in the right department.

Dislikes

Work Life balance is a joke, they have their own definition of it which will be imposed on you. While their is a lot of talk about SOPs, in reality their practical application is zero. There are no proper systems in place and rules seem to change based on personal preferences rather than structured policies. HR Policies do not exist to support employees but to harass them, the focus is to ensure that no opportunity to penalize an employee is missed. The Managing Director has a massive ego, if you question anything or unintentionally hurt his ego he will bring you down with his behavior. He will ensure you feel small and worthless. He will never address the core issues but will always talk in circles, wasting your time. Growth in this company is not based on your performance and hard work but on blindly agreeing and following the orders. If you value respect, fairness and real growth, this is NOT the place for you.

lot of hard work. you work hard, you grow very fast. the company does 2-3 appraisals in a year for freshers. lot of reports and systems in place. you have to achieve your goals. some trainings are very good. lot of learning. company growing very fast. nice office.
