Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Voltech is best for learning our core field but same time you don't able earn in Voltech. My suggestion is just work in Voltech for 3 years you will get excellent knowledge then you got more opportunity.

...ain with open ticket and we need carry more testing kit with you it approx 80kg. (Travelling and salary is main disadvantage)

You can learn things very very fast and voltech doesn't ask you to sign a bond of 4-5 years where as other companies surely do.

Nothing except lunch u ll get a free meal if u work in Hq .but site means nothing.

Dislikes

... after 1 week I got a call Ur process is complete come and collect certificate . But they calimed me to pay 10000 rs in cash so I paid they amount and got certificate total for two times travel hotel room etc it costed me around 25. Don't submit certificate. By submitting certificate don't join .plz
