Salary pending for more than 6 months but I think it's sorted out now ,even though there is 1 or 2 months pending on going,there is no settlement amount, accommodation is same as technicians,ot 8 riyals only.they make you work 12 hours and no ot provided,the pending salary is not only in Qatar all over the countries.(Be careful) Don't believe HR or interviewer ask anyone working in company (if you can).

1.we gain more experience in electrical field. 2.we cleared the any level of electrical issues simply through this organization.so i like that

1.Travel time has 24*7 2.salary also poor. 3.Accomodation and food also middle class. 4.Attend customer clarification calls at anytime.

Learned more knowledge, and I went more States, and learned hindi also, then good experience in testing and commissioning filed works ,

Salary very low, then not fixed salary received date , and one month salary holding, before information changing the engineers one site another site

Compensation is decent , growth is slow. The work pressure is low.sometime, I have to work 14 -18 hours straight in a day as have to attend client calls in the something times

You can learn things very very fast and voltech doesn't ask you to sign a bond of 4-5 years where as other companies surely do.

The salary hikes and salary of employees is very poor due to which great talents leave
