Some benefits are not provided like others relating to festivals. Only single bonus provides in a year.

I don't like anything about the company. Very less salary & man power is very low

...E BONUS. THE RULES IS VERY DIFFERENT FOR ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS. IN OPERATIONS WE GET ONLY 3 DAYS DOUBLE SALARY BUT IN ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE IT'S 9 DAYS IN ONE YEAR

It's not a dislike , please hire on permanent basis whose people contract going to end as a FT in O&M services.

Everything is dependent in client n contract validity. Dedicated person can enjoy the work without hesitation

Lack of support during critical time.took the contract in low prices n suffering for long time

1. Job security is not good because when you received offers letter there is clearly mentioned for fixed term contract for the location where you appointed, no any clarification mentioned in offer letter about transfer from current site to other sites while closing contract.
