1) Blame game - Every Manager level will try to blame the below level. 2) No Rules - If u think that u r joining on the base of offer, then please dont. They can change it with just 1 mail. 3) No Appraisal. 4) No Appreciation of your work. 5) Full Partiality. and many more. If u think u dont have any other option and have to join. Then please suffer a little and search other.

What I really like about Volody Products is that the team leader is very supportive. He is always willing to help, whether it’s related to work or personal matters. All the seniors are kind and approachable, making it easy to collaborate. They don’t make you feel like they are above you; instead, they treat you like a friend.

Dislikes

What I don’t like about the company is the HR department. The HR doesn't seem to fulfill their responsibilities properly; they only act as an example of an HR without actually addressing our issues. They fail to communicate our concerns to the management. Additionally, there is favoritism and groupism within the company, which creates an unhealthy work environment.

1. hectic environment 2. less space for employees . Make it noisy sometimes 3. no fixed office policy. Changes as per their preference 4. single washroom 5. no flexible timings 6. blame game from management if work doesn't accomplished on time 7. HR doesn't fulfill the duties, uncooperative.

I like how the company culture promotes openness to share ideas and is really supportive when we have personal issues. I also like how the product has grown over the years and see myself growing and developing in this role.

I feel that more people are needed in team to grow and can achieve more in terms of marketing.
