Someone looking for real career decelopment would never opt for vlcc. Employees are neglected to extreme, salary not given on time, and sometimes not given at all.. Theyhave not been making much profit because they make fool of clients by making them feel that there is a problem with their physical appearance. Never ever trust them, employee or customers

I was not paid my last salary, Was forced to quit my job and circumstances were created that My one mknths salary was not paid. So cheap!

...s(BTL) important to upload company's software to generate leads for telecalling. No salary hike, very less increment will happen, that to depend on how u perform in each months sales target. Internal politics is there. No growth as much. Sundays are optional leave. If someone come Sundays then they will get comp off, no extra money. No overtime pay. Particularly every months last few days are horrible as huge sales pressure are there. If the team achived everyone will get incentives, that is also distributed as per Institute's head decision. So, salary is less but incentives are ok.

...st) Mumbai, have not paid a penney from month of March'2020 to the employees . It has been 7 months and no response on giving the salary, on top of it they just focus on sales and no service. Despite of working in the Covid situation. When we needed them the most this is what we got from them, Worst experience for the employees working with this organisation.

If there would less 1 star i would've chosen that. Despite being a loyal n being so dedicated towards work they don't respect the efforts and are not giving the salary from the month of March2020. Depth with heavy emi's still Vlcc management don't bother about giving the employees their own salary they asking for. Despite working in the covid situation no respect to the employees efforts n time.

Such a Cheap and money minded organisation 1.Horrible work culture no respect and every one is pushed to do sales so service given to client is not focused. They make sure all employees target one client so no harmony in work place. 2. Salary never given on time they deducted PF but no UAN number was made fraudulent on money 3. Long working hours no proper offs month ends again off cannot be taken. Even if you are sick leaves are not granted. 4. 365 dats also its opened no work life balance or any benefits. 5. Nobody is trained fr wat dey are hired . 6. Lot of favouritism especially for North Indians. 7. Even if you are a Masters u ll be made to distribute phamplets vouchers outside malls.

The worst thing is that you will never get salary on time, 30 days salary is credited in 60 days and that too only if you have achieved target else salary is put on hold and you have to beg for your own salary. I have worked in this company and pls I would suggest don't go for this company 🙏 In simple words about VLCC, ऊंची दुकान फीका पकवान

1. No support from seniors rather they make u feel embarase many times. 2. Salary never on time, 30 days salary credited in 60 days though at the time of interview, consultant and HR make promise that salary will be credited on time 3. Work time is very bad, no holiday
