Only a few person are supportive there. Sales dept is most valued rest are completely neglected

Very toxic environment from top to bottom. Just like a shopkeeper selling the goods and sucking his workers by multiple paycut excuses; in the same way this company is ignoring the valued and sincere employees. Only sycophants can survive here. Knowledgeable people are humiliated and others are praised. If you really want to get something of your efforts, try for a better culture.

There is nothing to dislike. Yes, 1 or 2 people who are little old in company, they don't have talking manner. They have lost their manner with hair.
