They is a full pressure in job no sport for the team. They always think alway only about profit. No support for employees

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't support for employees growth is slow and salary is less. There is no good on job training for new joinees

VKC footwear is best Place for freshers and bachelors to work away from home (especially if your are from Kerala). They provide below average accommodation and canteen facility. If you are good at being a show boat, this place is a perfect spot to learn and grow. Sometimes hard work is recognized by the management.

...e encourages crooked ways to achieve the goals. Horrible food at office canteen. Salary and compensation benefits are worst in the industry. Poor support from HR. Imbalanced hierarchy and authority.

No promotion, less increment, reduced daily expenses. 4 years completed but still working as RSE ,used for product team as team leader and moved to sales team as RSE. still working under CIEL HR services,

Performance Depends on the team (inter politics of department heads) and the surroundings, needed to be performed for your own safety(in front of the major authorities or plant controllers alone) not for the goods and benefits of the company. Slow Increment and constrained career growth.
