They terminate employees during this pandemic situation. They terminate employees without giving any notice period and salary.. Its very horrible for me as i’m only earning person in my family..

management don’t even think about employees they play with employees emotions. i worked here almost 3 years. No bonus nothing. They don’t even know how to treat clients. Worst behaviour.

I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)
