5 days a week is the only plus point. No workload

No incentive and appraisal. Salary delay by 2 months minimum. Zero work-life balance. No Job security. Pathetic work culture. They hold salary for every small small reason. 1 lady always shouting in the office. Life is miserable at vitane.

... can get rich exposure in logistics, banking transactions and specially finance. All the members with such exp have jumped to higher pay scales and companies specially those from finance background.

Dislikes

No margin for error. As company deals in RBI and fema environment, errors are not taken well and one can quite understand that stance. There is turnover of low scale employees on a frequent basis as they cannot handle pressure.

Likes

...ms of accounting and taxation. Saturdays - Sundays are off so that's a blessing. Salary is at par with industry but looking at work load could be better. Cant say about about other departments- but if you are hardworking and polite, this is a great launchpad.

Long hours, location (if you are not from THANE or central line), Weak HR policies

company has been closed marketing team in March 2017 and they given marketing to other franchise, but franchise also unable to run the company, it is also closed in September 2017.
