Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

This is Typical Marwadi Lala company from delhi . Wasted my 2+ year

Dislikes

Hopeless. Management, without salary u get Gyan, company hire professional and fool them in variable salaries, entire my total tenure im not get single penny extra. Pathetic av distribution company from New Delhi. Kabhibhi join mat karo , we have WhatsApp group “Vdspl me mare” 20 Member are faced similar issue.

Only The holidays they give as in those days they are after employees life.

Dislikes

Everything No manners from Director to HR , even the Director (one in particular) use ur family issues & insult you in general meetings infront of everyone.
