Nothing. Worst company, no job security, and no hike and benefit,

No hike, no perks, pf money also debit from our salary without company contribution, month 20 - next month 20 is the salary cycle and we will be getting salary on 6-10 and they may skip entire one month salary and give it in another months... No quality education... Worst management, very less leaves and monday to saturday working, if we get any public holiday we have to contribute on Sundays. Salary and benefits only for their personal interested people, no reputation and no manners, and immediately remove employees without any notice and salary Even If we have signed agreement for years too..

No growth in career. Management is based on a single person's decision. Zero plan before any decision or execution. Worst "COO". He don't know any thing about edutech. They use office employees for personal purpose.

Being a maths tutor at vistas learning is a whole set of new experience in teaching field as it combines technology with conventional method of learning.

Dislikes

There is nothing I dislike about vistas learning. It's a great company which always thinks in the benefit of employees.
