...d with me. Director think he is dictator and not boss. director has ego problem. for him employees are servents he is not giving salary to employees he has owned them according to him.i wasted my 7 months here. request to think twice before joining this company. zero work culture.

A lot of employees love their job as it allows them to gain a lot of knowledge. Overall work culture is very good & Management is very cooperative & Encouraging. One can express his thoughts freely to even directors.

Vissco has about 8 Production units situated at different places in Umergaon. Distance between one unit to other is more than 1 km & managing over all operations is time consuming.
