The company is good for your inter personal skills development. It has one of the best principals of life science decision. The office ambiance is quite lively and fun. Self exploration opportunities are good.

Dislikes

Managers are less enthusiastic in the employees, it sometimes made me think that I am not valued correctly. Growth is limited as work area and products are limited. Training here means learning everything on your own, no assistance is provided so it can be sometimes depressing if you’re not able to understand something on your own.
