Extremely toxic work culture with bosses being auditors without guidance! Frequent wrong commitments given to new joiners! Overall, a very bad company to work until the hard working owners of the company realise this and turn the table for good!

This is very Good Company for all employees just like a VEPL family. Salary is on time and very supportive all seniors and top management for related to all works.

Employee are paranoid of their own job security within the company. No fixed timing of work as it depends on the whims & fancy of your Reporting authority. Sycophancy and paranoia are part of the job culture. No work life balance or metric to judge the contribution & productivity of existing employee. Employee are always fearful of losing their job even it is for unprofessional reasons.
