It's a good company for freshers and enthusiastic developer. But no growth beyond that. There are occasional Fun Friday and festival celebration.

Dislikes

...he support team or head is not from the IT background. Lacks works-life balance. Even extends the working hours upto 12 on 8k salary. The management team doesn't seem to understand the technical requirements which leads to poor deadlines. Management also assign tasks after the working hours expecting it to completed then and there.

I dislike everything, from development process to support and upper level management, there is not a single Management level person who has technical background, even though they have big projects under their hands but no work ethics no increment no appreciation, no work life balance, not even a single benefit to work with vishleshan, its like they treat you as a labour. Worst in terms of office politics.
