New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

When I was working there is no job security.all staff was co oprative of moradabad stors.it had team spirit.executive staff like Mr.busal(CEO),Mr.pious monteiro(l/PHead),Mr.raman aorta(R.F.M),Mr.Arvind tyagi (Store manager) all really did well.I had great experience with them.thanks to all E.staffs who co operates with us. Worst Company never seen they also don't give my salary This branch manager vary bad they never give many worker salary including me my branch name Vishal mega Mart Address. Surajpur near by ghanta gol chhakar greater Noida GB NAGAR 201306

Dislikes

These people do not talk nicely to their employers, take more work than the prescribed time, while working for 12 hours they say they have to work for 8 hours but these people do forced work for 12 hours bad company 😡😡

The only good thing is that the salary comes on time.

Dislikes

The upper management gives importance to caste, religion and language and not to work. It is very insulting that there is no job satisfaction and security at all.
