There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is very slow .i am working since 2016 but my manager not promotion me.

Worst work culture. Area Manager will start shouting at you on day one. He will call you in the late evening with drinking alcohol to harassing you and threatening you I will take your Job. You can't take weekly off on every week. Day 12 to 14 hours of work. You can't take leave on emergency. No appreciation. Area Manager will not support if you need some help. HR policy is worst

No work life balance, no leaves nothing to stay in this company, you have to join co call on your weekly off Or you are on leave, no matter what situation you are going through you have to join the call, even they do concall at 10:30 to 11:00 PM it really surprising
