New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

... about Virtusa, It is not Best Company to work with ...Don't Waste your time ...I was not Paid 7 Months Variable Pay...Hyderabad Campus, It is Most unethical Company..No Labour Law followed, Leave Encashment is very poor, When want leave Manager Don't give, To make investment they Money...Not to give Hike..I been Part of it, Feel bad working at Virtusa...Don't even think to Join here, They don't pay well...HR is name sake...They need Commission and bribe for any thing...

I was thinking for long time but not even single postive thing comes into my mind about this company.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No limitations on work times and you will end up with health issues. Almost zero hike and promotion. Poor management. Unfortunately if you move to bench, lt's a fish market to get an another project and no professionalism to assign a staffing partner for few set of resource. Forgot about hike and promotion. I can't think beyond about this company as waste of time.
