I had bad experience and got frustrated with my manager Jyoti, so don't want to say anything here.

...rce have no rights to speak in front of managers, in short BOSS is always right. Your variable pay is totally in your manager hand, HR can't interfere.

Dislikes

Work pressure, layoff,keep in bench for long time for approximately 1 year and no salary increment & promotion if you are in bench and from last 2 year if you got increment percentage is 4%.

...company. Employee appraisal happen every half-year but hikes doesn't. In last 3.5 years only one salary hike cycle happened. HR follow up on non essential things but maintain radio silence when it comes to any queries related to rating or hikes.
