SO many dislikes including HR policies, lunch policy, Salary Policy, CTC scam. they will mention the CTC with an annual PLI(performance linked incentive) but after joining the company they will not the PLI in the first it will be paid after completing almost 2 yrs.

5 working day culture, Nice management, Satisfactory salary, Nice place to start career, good appraisals, no office politics, company is moving more towards employee satisfaction

Some projects are still being developed in old and limited tech-stack which disrupts learning.

Bad HR policies . be careful with the HR . Manipulative HR . office politics. strict timing. Bad experiences with manager too. Overall if you have no other option then you can join otherwise go for some other opportunities. You will be told by HR we work on this tech and that tech like AI , spring boot and etc. But there is nothing such tech are used there and not even in upcoming 5 years . just to have candidate to join any false promise will be made. Bad work life balance.

Everything is problematic in this company. HR has inconsistent rules and can create or change policies at any time, often tailored to individual employees. The strict 9-hour workday adds to the stress, and the pervasive office politics create a toxic environment that undermines teamwork and morale.

It was very bad experience.I have wasted around 4 years in my career, there was no proper increment for working. Everything politics!
