It's a fine company when it comes to learning. Being a part of startup environment, you do get to learn about various roles and responsibilities while working collectively.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Not a word about individual performance, Saturday's and Sundays are working, if you take a leave people will judge you to the core, company culture is mentally tiring to be a part of. No hybrid model for they believe that work cannot happen from home and no other facilities as such.

There is nothing to be liked here, everything is horrible, too political. The founder has a couple of favourites and he blindly follows them for their fake praises.

Dislikes

No vision, no mission, mass hiring first and mass firing based on the opinion of some favourite people in the organisation. Only the people do fake praises of the founder gets to pull along. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this company. Company is on huge losses and no future.
