There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness

Viraj is like a ocean of knowledge,skills and opportunities.. it's upto you if you take plenty of water or fill ur tank of knowledge.. If it comes to covid, it's on you how you deal with it also the company doesn't feel so secure to be working at while pandemic.

... don't give you any kind of incentives as a appreciation neither promote you.. Also the salary package for engineers is less and yearly increment is also very much less, doesn't matter how much you work but mostly everyone gonna get same increment. Another bad thing is in a training period of GET they don't provide you proper training. There is no soft skill training session or job training

... covered a long duration of 2.5 years here. And i still have no plans to change. I love my salary and I am very happy with the percentage of hike given every year. The work load is a challenging part but then if I consider the salary, everything seems to be very satisfying. Whether I am working from home or from the office, I never face any major issues here.

From the management and salary to the employees benefits and work culture, everything is very praise worthy in Viraj Profiles Limited. This company has been in the steel sector of India for a very long time. it is among the top companies. And the only reason is that it has a strong management which take cares of everything. I am hopeful that i will continue here for many more years.

Sometimes I feel that the facilities in the washroom should be increased a bit. The bulbs often don't work These should be regularly checked.
