Poor management in terms of funding and projects execution. 5. Less people with un-realistic project deadlines. 6. Not employee friendly and false promises to employees for promotions. 7. No EPF, Health insurance and professional tax deductions from company side. 8. No Income tax declarations 9. Poor work environment 10. Un-realistic dead lines with Week ends and holidays work.
