Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing. Extremely bad company to work at. They treat their employees as their servants. Pretty ruthless seniors.

Dislikes

Everything. The culture is bad, salary is bad, seniors are illiterate, there is no job security and the list goes on and on. They cheat their clients and lie about a lot of things. It should shut down.

I like the work culture, Office timings, Leave policy, I get leaves whenever I require, I really don't have to beg to my manager as I use to do in my previous Organization. Vipra gives me my personal space and non of my manager's or HR people run after my social life by barging in my Facebook profiles and social profiles.
