With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Nothing. Extremely bad company to work at. They treat their employees as their servants. Pretty ruthless seniors.

Dislikes

Everything. The culture is bad, salary is bad, seniors are illiterate, there is no job security and the list goes on and on. They cheat their clients and lie about a lot of things. It should shut down.

I like the work culture, Office timings, Leave policy, I get leaves whenever I require, I really don't have to beg to my manager as I use to do in my previous Organization. Vipra gives me my personal space and non of my manager's or HR people run after my social life by barging in my Facebook profiles and social profiles.
