Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

The management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Salary /appraisal is not convient carrer growth is not valuable Agents and team Leaders salary are different i have to work 14 hours straight no backup support given some times need to go late night but they mostly go unnoticed during my mis year appraisals more than 4 years working employees moved on IJP on team leader post with paper have less CTC monthly take home is 10k is not equal working with CSR take home amount salary per month 12k which is pain to survey with family in the same city with working on it

I believe that the colleague and the culture of the company was good at some level. I have learnt a lot from my managers and problem.

Environment of the company is friendly and healthy There is no such more strictness. They always have walk in interviews. HR department and support staff are the best desk of the company.

Dislikes

The most important thing salary is very less. 10.5K is very less Salary for a fresher also. Asking girls to complete their targets and extend their stay till late evening. TL's rude behaviour. They don't conduct fun activity. Lack of appreciation. Pick and drop facility not available. 5 working days is not there. If all the above points will make any impact on the company.. then please increase the salary for all of us... And appreciation too which we don't get actually.

This is very bad company also and company hr no lestion any talking empolye only any desicion choce to senior level tl and manager than any empolye problem so this company relive that agent i all ready see that lot of case.
