Vilco is very pecefull company.company"s main motto is to achive the annual target as well as monthly target. And also company has given us various feedback like sample and various knowledge of current marketing,and immediate managers advice to achive the monthly as well as annual target. So, i thing there is no problem arise if a gye achived his target and follow the company instruction, rules and regulation. he will continue his job any company with pecefull mind. any company does not beers the degrowth.

1. Salary is very low. 2.Salary is not getting timely. 3. every month company given us assurance that from next month your every problem will be solve. 4 day by day sample and doctors recognition is going to very less..
