...ament as football⚽ game. They provide covid allowance. Double over time, If staff suffering from covid then they provide medicine, full body check up, ambulance facility, salary don't deduct during covid. Hospital staff has good behavior. Good work environment and culture. Team mate supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

The management is least supportive to the employers .They do nothing for the staff...not even festive complements. Their only concern is the revenue ...other than that they have no concern about the welfare or issues of the staff...

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
