Company doesn't spend money on employees at all. If you are not south indian your growth is minimal. Boss doesn't listen to others. Very bad experience. They are expert in cutting your salaries.

Company allow you to give freedom to do the job if you are not experienced but you have some ability to do it. Company allow you take leave at any condition. Good for fresher's.

Dislikes

...een trainee, engineer and deputy manager. All of them have same responsibility. Starting salary is very less compared to other companies. No employee features like incentive, performance bonus.

Will not be limited to one field ,one can gain from more than 50 year experience in mechanical and associated civil and electrical works.

Terrible employee compensation policy, even experienced employees are sometimes paid less than what their peers make working at similar posts at other companies.

The benifits provided is very good the salary is given to the all employees and labours are in time to time without any kind of delay.

If you are north indian don't know south indian languages then you can face some communication gaps inbetween your co workers and superiors.

Company is good but management culture is not good for north Indian peoples. They provide salary on time means 7th of every month.

...u immediately without giving any notice & warning. No training provided at site. nothing expect any special & staff welfare facility except salary. Duty hours is more than 12 hours including Sunday/Holiday. They can't help or see to north Indian peoples. North Indian peoples are doing hard work and all credits goes to south Indian peoples. During the appraisal North Indian peoples is being dump in garbage. All Senior personnel are skilled but not educated except Company owner. The company is being run by uneducated senior personnel like Store keeper, electrician etc. In this company Safety & Quality is only like toy. They told safety is high priority for company but in the site no safety & no quality. I respect to Mr. Anand Raghavan (CMD VTV) but the management staffs are not good.
