Yes support but not given salary and its project manager is pathetic he told me company give a salary so we work in lock down but company not know we working so we not get salary its project manager ask wrong to me or company company and its owner is nice but project manager is a wrong person.

Nothing. Just all worst experience. They took 6-7 interviews for joining and no discussion while leaving. And they don't trust thier employees.. just go through ur PC all day through networks

Dislikes

I guess if I write all the dislikes, it will take some days so writing just few points 1. Treat all employees like labour 2. No work-life balance 3. No office culture 4. Poor management team and team leader 5. If you are more talented than ur TL then ur work will not approve at any cost even they don't show ur work to management 6. No job security 7. They will get sign a bond to trap you there 8. You need to come on time but there is no time to leave the office as they call it dedication

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
