Very bakwas workplace, no one will work there for 1-2 months Nothing you like, you have work like a labour, No diff between officer & labour Boss (sheth) tumko sabke samne (plant me ) gaali dega No job security Selection based on face,no technical round , after selection & joining if boss feels that u r not good then u will fired within week They will not give u offer letter No PF / Esic No full & final settlement No leave benifits They r running small karkhana with zero labour laws If u expert in chatugiri then u will promoted 100 %, there r many people who works since 10-15 years but they r expert in boss chatugiri, they have no self respect Dont go with Google reviews, they all are current employees, this reviews are forcefully written, if u working there, mandatory positive review dalna padega... Before joining please think 1000 times They have no transportation Old employees also very very bad They will tell very bad things about boss but in reality they are doing chatugiri.......
