Working schedule is somewhat manageable.

Dislikes

In Vidyasagar College the salary structure in very poor for a guest faculties. We need to work really hard as compared to the salary. There is no job security, no benefits, no casual leave or sick leave.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed).
