The guidance from Jindal Group, credit of salary and increment with CPF and DA in the tune with Central Government, use of modern technology, regular growth projection, employee friendly work culture, extreme safe and secure campus stay away from city.

Dislikes

Sometimes Sunday's are working for teachers, ever increasing demand from teachers, the support staffs are not very respectful.

Likes

Laid back work environment with under-educated colleagues. It makes you feel good about yourself but on the other end you realise that there's nothing to learn or grow from this organization.

Dislikes

The environment of the organization is awful. most of the employees were almost 3 decades old so they had too much sense of entitlement. I was assigned on large construction project inside of the school but it was the biggest mistake of my career. after getting interviewed by JSL team i was shifted to the school role. the collegaues in the school were terrible in team work. everyone hated me because I was planted by JSL. i had to complete the work of purchase manager along with the project execution, planning, billing, and what not. it was too much work that there was saturday off but i had to work till midnight to get the project on time. even colleague from my deptt barely did any help. anyways then came the appraisal part then i realised i was on the lowest because I didn't participate in any politics. that made me realise that this organization was not for me.
