...gement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not to new joined

Nothing is good here 6 days working. MD is rude. In this company head is 10th pass. No any leave no short leave for new employees. You do not have any authority to talk anyone in office. Just work like robots. If you talk with anyone than my head say you always doing time pass

Nothing is good here, company haired me for assistant but after sometimes company shift with MI'S team. And MI's head have zero knowledge about excel she work like labour and also. She think I also work like labour. She not want I talk with anyone. She have big issues on this. Now I am frustrated here. This is not a place of work. And here MD have big true on my head she is working here for last 12th years so you can't complaint with anyone. And you don't have any life after office me and my office friends go for party after office in this topic HR have big issues. And MY bad luck is i am still working here but now I am looking for change. I am not a robot.

Some of company sales details bottom level people no understand another one don't know anything about so this problem solved. Bottom level sales people are understand our work.

I have been working as E-commerce Accountant since April, 2022, but I could not find anything good things here. They are very un-skill peoples who never give the value of good performance. It have very bad environment. Most of people always make a part of politics. Honest employee can't work here. Job security is zero, they can also restricted to employees any time for satisfied their ego.
