boss Mr.Vikas Gupta, the worst ever boss, na salary dete hai, na acha behave krte hai. I personally experienced this all, so i request to not to apply with this organization. Starting m aapko 1 month bahut hopes denge, uske baad apne asli roop dikhane lgte hai. and seriously, ladkio se baat krne ki tameez nhi hai inke office m, even inke peon ko bhi. to ab aap smjh skte hai kitni worst company hai. hume finance k liye college se le gye the or even ldkio ko bhi sadak pr dol kr sales kra rhe hai.

... personal life Never happy with your achievement and never wanted you to grow. if you will ask for relising yourself he will hold your salary for the same month.

Working with VFN is great journey till that time i was there. Especially Director of VFN Mr. Vikas Gupta is given free hand for the work. So for me its a good experience.

Best thing about VFN is that we are in touch with Different MNCs and we get to meet HNI clients and become their Financial Advisors

The work culture and coordination in the Company is very poor and there is no reimbursement for our daily travel expenditure when we have to meet clients. Secondly the the training system is also not upto mark and its been 7 months and i still not getting the needed knowledge. The worst thing is that me being a Finance major is put into a job which isnt of my type
