This is wrt IT team pov only. To be franks, “Nothing” I am a software developer. The tech leads here have got nothing expect 10+ years of IT experience. They have no idea about what are the latest and improved tooling/automation strategies that are revolving around the industry. First of all they need to get the basic SDLC process concepts right.

Dislikes

This is with respect to IT point of view only “Everything” - Few team leads show double standards among the team members (literally).

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
