New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

No benefits for overtime and you won't get extra pay if you work on week-offs, They offere you comp-offs but they won't approve while redeem.

There is one thing I like about vestrics is there work culture.

Dislikes

In vestrics you cant find a job secure and there is no proper training as well. They conduct interviews to increase there company population only. They simply waste candidates time.

It’s been a wonderful experience working at Vestrics solutions Pvt Ltd. After a career gap I got opportunity to work here and I am lucky to have a good mentorship. It’s my stepping stone to start my SAP career here. They do care about work & personal life balance by giving leaves when required. With this organisation I got opportunity to attend training sessions conducted at SAP LABS. Apart from work the management also celebrates all festivals and also Friday fun activities. With this organisation experience I got opportunity in good MNC.
