I have been working in Vertex for past 2.5 years. It was really good place for learning and growing your self

It is really good place for who are really excelled them self to grow. not good for the one who need to stay under carpet

Now comes the biggest JOKE -- What do you like about working at Vertex Offshore Services? -- Nothing

A lot to mention. 1. As long as you are a manager's pet your job will be secured, otherwise it will be at stake. 2. Only manager's pets will be rewarded and recognized for the work(even if they don't perform). 3. Single digit % hike(less than 5) for people who do not fall under the above # 1 and # 2. 4. Nothing to learn from your superiors as they themselves are zero in technology, soft skills, team management etc., 5. Technically Stagnated minds. Coz, on an average, most of the employees professional career age is 10+ years (at Vertex ONLY,they are working since ages). The day-to-day work the above people do, can be easily handled by some house keeping staff!! 6. Management does not believe in external talents(like the ones who do not fall under the above #5). They blindly believe the so called technically stagnated people even if they are incorrect. 7. CEO flies all the way from US to fire the people. 8. They rely on only one big client and now a days the work over there is nothing but a cut - copy - paste. Cut the code, copy and paste it to a more polished and beautifully looking CMS application.

i had been with vertex almost 10+years, it was a great experience which i had in this company, i would like to say one thing about vertex is its culture. the way they treated the employers and always have a chance to grow.

vertex is very poor in appraisal process.
