-Strict working hours 9am -6pm. -N -No work life balance -All Saturdays working day -Even some holidays are compensated with the forth coming sundays -No paid medical leave benefits during emergency situations

Here the company and the management is so kindly.They helping employee to became knowledgeable.They asking more comment from Employee and executing the Same.Be patiently management Teaching with Excellent ideas. Management Understanding the Employees needs and they helping us.

The company has a work culture where the employees emotions are valued. Besides having an environment where people work amicable through innovation and design, their personal requirements are also considered. Employees have a job security and hence can function without any insecurities or fear of suddenly losing their job without prior notice. Management is friendly rather than being bossy. Due to this, we as employees have the freedom to communicate regarding any issues or discomfort we experience. The company policies are also good and favorable to employees.

The only drawback could be that there is no proper means for travel to the company in case you do not have your personal vehicle.

From my childhood I had a habit of restricting myself as much as possible from polluting the environment,like I was cautious on not to drop any waste or dusts on the roads or places wherever I lived instead I used dust bins(even by holding the waste in my hand till I find a disposable bin). When I joined Versa Drives at 2011, I realized that my personal habit matching to my career life because Versa Drives vision is to save energy and our environment by following green culture in all aspects of our life and also to make green innovative products that would benefit our environment. Apart from my favourite eco friendly green culture, I love Versa Drives for plenty of reasons like employee friendly principles, freedom to grab opportunities,positive cheers to grow high,adventurous & innovative learning. Working for versa drives and to save our precious environment continued to become a part of my life, hence I am proud being a part of versa drives.
