...u are in trouble, company will again loose there hands and try to terminate you. And they people are searching reasons to stop your services, suddenly they will stop your salary, bonus and appraisals benefits. Very bad Area Manager and HR Services. Bad environment. Pathetic work place.

...ers used to do a lot of management politics about the staff which I didn't like. I worked for many years but did not increase my salary , And the new fresher used to get a good amount package, which would be the favorite of the management, used to support him.I always used to toppoform, but in the cell, I did not appease me, even the manager did not like it, I used to top then Agr aap logo ko badalna hai to management new lao aur thode ache lao attitude wale mat lao ,logo ki mehnat dekhna chahiye naki kisi apne favorite ko aage badhana chahiye.
