Sometimes you can feel there is a communication gap between team member but not for all the the teams in few teams you can fell that.

Everything is micromanaged, Heads of departments just want to blame, no one wants to take responsibility, No demarkation of work, Business Analyst does work of Finance, finance does work of Admin, Admin doing work of HR and so on. CEO is not aware as to what information should be asked from whom, he just asks for information randomly which you have to arrange to provide even if it is not related to your department. Behavior similar to Tughlaq

Very good for survival for time being.

Dislikes

This job is just for survival, but in order to excel in career this is not the right place. Leadership draws a rule book with boundaries where this is barrier to innovate. It has hardly 5 products to implement, even with thick layer of management could not define strategy on how to sell and deliver successfully. Almost all projects are delayed with lot of issues out of which many are caused by VeriPark with unnecessary focus on process which are not in relevance to client projects. Company is in transformation state with some trail & error methods in bringing the change in practices & process which may take another 3 years to stabilize (may take eve more time).
