No job security , no business plan , whenever the company wants they ask to exit. No work satisfaction. Even you perform you won't be recognized. They have taken over loss making companies for which the impact is lying on employees who left job just in a hope to grow with the orgn

Management is not that much of good. Manager are insulting the employee and management they didn't took any action about it so many employees they leave because of that only. So improve that thing don't leave our single employee it my point of view

And manager affairs in same employee also they doing lunch going out so that employee no problem but other than manager will shout nd bios it's very realistic 😅😂 so i hat's of like that manager they already married and they have daughter but in office also they have one
