1. Need to think about employees salary, they provide different salary for north zone and south zone employees even we have the same grade the salary vary too much difference. 2. Annual salary increments has to increase.

The Regional manager promotes bossism. The salary structure is less than any other road side company etc. Forget about increment. If you are best of sucking then you will get promotion soon. Because i saw a person who has zero knowledge but always buttering and oiling the Top bosses and get promotion and a good salary hike. But we have no opportunity to get a good salary with our own hardwork.

The bosses thought the contractor employees are labour. They have no personal life and have nothing. They born to serve the company till their last breath

...rker and employee. Seniors are not supportive and management is not transparent. Company policies are very bad and at there no salary hike and no bonus.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Company is good internationally and if you know politics you can get internal transfer opportunity in many areas.

Dislikes

I believe it would be really good company outside of india but in india , some managers treat site people like their personal servant. Same time upper management either not effective or don't want to do anything about toxic middle management, due to that they are really losing talented people and only getting yes sir saying people. Talented people are not able use it due to too much internal politics and poor work life balance.

No work life balance if you join only join apart from Karnataka location ..

Andra domination fully politics involved in management line no time limits for work, Company is good but mangers are fully egoistic.
