Conducting every events perfectly. But that's not only necessary for all employees, the management and HR team should be more accountable.

Poor Management and HR team. They will take more to resolve any issues like salary/payslip problems, designation update. They were taking around 11months to change my designation still they didn't update it. I had remind the HR team so many times through emails and directly at the time HR behaving like a government officer. I was tired now. I don't know when they are going update it.

Very worst in industry.. Full of politics inside this company, TL, manager's all are friend's and they will do illegal activities inside office ( drugs ). If the employee complaint's this issues to higher official they will terminate that employee by finding fault on him. very worst.

*Lack of Breakroom Facilities No dining area or amenities for employees during lunch breaks. *Rigid Lunch Schedule Workers were forced to take lunch in designated teams at allotted times. *Unsupportive Management Request for leave due to illness was denied by Team Lead. *Poor Communication No response from Higher Officials for 5 days after resignation. *Unprofessional HR Interaction HR representative failed to address concerns, threatened with absconded mail and ended the call Unprofessional Management Raised concerns were dismissed with new to this project excuses Lack of Transparency Doubts were met with incorrect answers, hindering growth. Inadequate Leadership Unqualified Team Lead (a former school teacher) struggled to manage technical projects. Deflecting Accountability Client escalations were blamed on coders and Auditors, rather than addressing internal issues. Poor Quality Control Internal mismanagement compromised deliverable quality.

Hyderabad manager Sri she is not good capable person to manager position .she always shouts loudly on employees that I don't like .The way of communication with employees is not good .I saw clearly.so i giving feedback on her .100% she is not correct person for that position.i will tell very straight if any person is doing mistakes .
